To kick off Season 4 we’re joined by Fay Sharpe, founder of Fast Forward15, co-founder of leading venue finding and event production company, Zibrant (now BCD Meetings & Events), leadership mentor and mother, to name but a few of her roles.
A self-confessed workaholic, Fay has worked hard since she was a teenager, firmly believing you have to graft to make things happen – and boy has she made things happen. Working her way up through the ranks with the Hilton Group before co-founding and making a huge success of Zibrant, Fay’s ambition and determination never waned.
A keen advocate of rewarding her team, listen to her tell stories of some the amazing incentive trips to luxury destinations, including balloon rides over Dubai and sipping cocktails with the likes of Santana, Robbie Williams and other A-listers at a very high-profile event that happened to be taking place at the hotel where they were staying in Mexico.
Fay set up Fast Forward 15 seven years ago to help other women in industry through its mentorship programme and she is in the process of setting up a similar version for politics.
