My name is Emma Couldridge, I am a final year BA Events Management student at the University of Northampton. I have already had great opportunities to gain experience working on a series of virtual events, live and virtual conferences and brand activations at festivals, as well as fundraising events as part of my course. I am excited to be graduating this year and getting stuck into the events world even more. My passions have always laid within the theatre and performance world, and it is my dream to join my two worlds together by working as an Events Coordinator at a theatre.

I am the marketing executive for StandOut Magazine and Event Buyers Live. I have only been actively working in the events industry for 7 months however I have loved every second of it, especially because I got to experience my very first #EBL. I’ve always been a festival goer myself, starting with my parents taking me to a variety of different festivals throughout my childhood to present day where I have quite a few lined up for 2024 already! I had such a great time being on the podcast and am really excited to see what everyone thinks of mine and Emma’s opinions.
