Working with a large team to formulate event solutions with clear SLA’s and financial targets, ensuring that the event brief was delivered to an exacting standard. Identifying new business development opportunities whilst providing bespoke solutions so as to convert targeted interest into confirmed client activity.
Head of Events – North America – American Express Meetings & Events
Responsible for the successful people management, leadership, support and development of a team of 80 event personnel. Identifying and teaching the skills needed to ensure they create imaginative, effective targeted event solutions that exceeded client expectation. Postings held in Singapore, Hong Kong and North America, managing a variety of global and local clients. Successful management and development of client accounts.
Loves aviation, collects model planes and is never happier than when in the mountains with a pair of skis.
